Membership enquiries ask for your name, mobile number, occupation and short notes about yourself and your family. A referring Ace is optional. Grievances ask for your name, mobile number and a description of the problem.

When email delivery is connected, these details are sent to the club's three designated recipients: akshaykila@gmail.com, rcddaces@gmail.com and rahulukg@gmail.com. They are used to consider your enquiry or respond to your concern. They are not published on this website. Please include only information needed for that purpose.

Our website host and email provider process information needed to operate these forms. The website keeps a delivery reference and status, not a copy of your form answers. The designated recipients retain the resulting emails and can respond to requests about them.

If email delivery is unavailable, submissions are not accepted and the form will say so. Necessary security information is used to limit spam. These forms do not ask for dates of birth.

The member directory displays club-approved names, professions, club positions, spouse names and photographs. A spouse's professional details appear only where specifically approved. The club manages these profiles and their visibility in its Google Sheet, and changes reach the website on the next daily refresh. Private registration details, such as mobile numbers, email addresses and dates of birth, are not included in public member profiles.

Public albums contain photographs selected by the club for publication. To raise a privacy concern about a photograph or ask about information you previously submitted, use the private grievance form, or contact the designated club recipients.

Links to social platforms open their services, which have their own privacy practices. If an embedded social feed is connected, it may load content and cookies from that provider.
